Did the doctor suggest you go buy weed on the street or did he prescribe you weed for a specific medical condition? If you're prescribed, you may not have to pass the drug test

He didn't say really awesome. That's totally different.

They can't prescribe. So it's of the streets

Put the bong down man.
This should be common sense.

I did mention this but VA can't technically prescribe a medical card. So that's why I said 45 days and I'll be clean with employment
Good God, man... I don't know were you're getting your job application info from but stop.
DO NOT tell a prospective employer that you do drugs
DO NOT tell a prospective employer that you have PTSD (or any other disabilities). That shite only helps if you are applying for a government job that is specifically hiring someone with a disability.

Yeah I know that's why I don't mention it. But someone asked so I explained

Damn those doctors are shite then. I've never heard of a doctor that suggested you go find drugs on the street. Yea you need to stop smoking then if you want a job, you don't have an excuse

Serious you need to get back into the service. It helped you a ton and right now just by reading this thread you need some sort of structure again.

Not going back in man the military was fun and nice, but I don't need that. Like I said I'm just fine, came here to ask a question

You had it coming tbh from smoking so much pot. One of my buddies has smoked heavily on a daily basis for about 3+ years now. Hes even moved into oils bc regular pot doesn't cut it anymore.
He thinks he'll pass a drug test when he graduates which is 2 years from now. Id be hard pressed to think he'll pass a drug test even if he quits cold turkey for a year

Obviously a joke. But the Colorado supreme Court shot down Coates vs Dish Network, so even in medical marijuana states, there's no worker protections.

This is true. I think I read where the DOT was adding that clause so liability could be waived for awesomeness.

If you're prescribed something that the company or their insurance company deems dangerous, the company cannot waive the testing or the threshold for the substance.

If he's morbidly obese, it'll take 4-6 months. If he's just kinda fat, 2-4 months, if he's skinny, a month or two.
Besides, depending on the industry, a lot of people don't get tested. Only if they have federal contacts, or the owner is an a-hole.

If you have any other questions, let me know. I've passed countless piss tests for myself and friends, using real and synthetic urine.

Or ANY kind of liability. How quickly do you think a company is going to test someone who is injured on the job? If you're injured and fail a drug test, they aren't paying and you're probably losing your job. They aren't an a-hole for protecting their company, assets and livelihood.

You're fast to judge without knowing the situation
You're in the job market, and you refuse to stop smoking weed even though you know you have a drug test.
What's worse is that you can, like ever other pothead, stop for a couple weeks during the job search, be clean, and pass a drug test and be done with it, and you won't do that.
You also can just buy a clean out and pass the test the day of.
But instead of any of those options, You came to a message board and asked if you should tell your prospective employer that you use illegal drugs and you don't intend to stop unless they guarantee you a job. And even then you'll just stop long enough to pass their first test. And you're going to tell them, yeah I do drugs, but it's just weed man, no big deal, like everyone smokes weed, man.
Those are the facts you stated.
Further, you were in the military for 10 years and are now back in school? That puts you around 28-30?
And you don't understand how to game the system or the job market?
What more do I need to know? How do you make it through everyday life?
