Employer distributed a list of unvaccinated, how would you respond?

If your name was on a list of unvaccinated (Covid) employees distributed within your company, how would you respond? This is a large multi-national.
Any laws broken? Is this a HIPAA issue?

Probably not. HIPAA typically only applies to health service providers and associated businesses.
Is it a dick move? Yeah.
Are you protected by HIPAA? More than likely not.
I have no idea why a company would think this is a good idea.

No because Vaccination Status does not fall under Private Health Information, and isn't covered by the Privacy Rule.

No, I've seen this before with something else. What happens is these fricking weasels know what they are doing is wrong and unethical but because it is a grey area and can get away with it, they will do it.
