I love that someone like that is so wealthy. I have zero envy whatsoever. I’m pissed I didn’t buy more TSLA a few months ago as intended. Got lazy. That’s why I’m not rich.

That doesn't mean it it isn't over valued. I saw a graphic...Tesla's market capitalization is more than like the top 10 car companies...combined.
Tread carefully.
Having said that: I'm eyeing a Model 3 or y as my next commuter. But I'm not sure I have the stomach/balls to buy Tesla t this valuation.

They have quite a bit more to offer than any other manufacturer too. They have solar and battery tech, grid services, and a utility company. Those grid service contracts are pure cash flow for 25-35 years and the capital markets have looked at them very favorably and valued accordingly. Also, they have a hell of a supply chain for battery tech and don’t bury all their factories if off books JVs.
ETA don’t forget the giant charging network.
