Because I’m not naive enough to think the SEC wouldn’t overstep their bounds to jump in because it’s Musk and Disney.

I know everyone read that comment and somehow thinks I’m wishcasting it but I’m not. I’m realistic enough to know that a ceo with musks profile and a company like Disney discussing a change of control will 100% get them in his office.
