It hasn't gone to court yet. She will serve some time but it won't be much. They will also hit her with a ton of fines she'll never pay and ban her from ever being a CEO or serving on a board of directors. Typical for crimes like these sadly.
She deserves to be treated the same as Madoff was IMO.

They were doing a piece on the Theranos debacle on NPR yesterday when I was driving into work. They had clips of interviews of her playing the victim like everything was done to her. Couldn't help but noting that she's got a dude voice. It's so striking.
