So. It’s also a factor of where you live.

Correct and it's why I don't believe in punishing everyone for the crimes committed by the very few.

They’ll stab, strangle, bludgeon. Doesn’t matter.

But these mass shootings? Where do they come into the equation? America is the only country that seems to have this problem on a regular basis.

You remember when the guy from Paris wanted to kill a bunch of people, but couldn’t get a gun, so he ran them over with a truck?

Or the brothers who used crockpots as bombs in Boston?

Or the 9/11 terrorists?

Or the OKC bombing?

How many of those used guns?

I wouldn’t worry about Beta.
He got his arse beat in Texas, his home state by Ted Cruz, even after he was made a media darling for 3 months and was funded by the Hollywood elite.

He’s polling at 0%
Even with this tragedy being free publicity for his campaign, dude won’t sniff the Democratic nomination and will continue being a failure in life.

As for determining danger to self or others that is always a “point in time” determination. A person can be suicidal or homicidal be day and nit the next much less three months down the road. The converse is true. A person can not pose a threat today but become a threat later. Do we want mental status exams every day?
This. Close family member is a psychiatrist. Wants no part of trying to predict what any random person off the stree will potentially do years into the future. It’s silly.

Yea, I didn't want to use this example and then come home to a house in flames tomorrow.

Nope. Most other places count them as terrorism.

Here is Fox News article that has link to the shooters manifesto. Spoil alert: he didn’t target wal-mart shoppers.

He was referring to MS-13 and other violent criminals.

Show me another country in the world that has the same problems with mass murder with guns as “the greatest country in the world”?

Mexico? Cartels? Or do I need to include be headings? I can’t watch the news, local news at that without a border crisis story and yet gun crimes no longer make the USA the greatest country on earth? Why are so many people trying to get here? My guess is those people like the odds better here.

I agree and morality goes hand in hand with what’s getting these people to that point. One thing is for certain and guns are not to blame.

Why the hell do you keep posting about Trump?

And the quote you posted was in reference to MS-13 and other criminals.

I've read it already. I asked you if Trump called the victims animals. In the link you posted Trump calls the shooting tragic and a hateful act. He also refers to the victims as innocent. Where is the quote of him calling them animals?
