Dude maybe not Houston proper but areas just east of downtown might see a bunch. It’s a pretty big fricking area

Yeah, maybe Baytown or Mont Belvu which isn't Houston...
I'm all for a little rain, but Houston inner loop and the surrounding areas aren't getting feet of rain, much less multiple inches.

Updated flash flood potential map and rainfall forecast

It was sustained at 44mph with a gust to 52mph at Calcasieu Pass at noon. The station hasn't updated since.

44 mph gusting to 55 at Sabine Pass. Strongest winds are just offshore. Next several minutes winds should pick up a bit from that.

Where do you use to find the stations? My handy-dandy map that was integrated on the wX app no longer works. I use tbe NOAA site, but hate it.
