Hell, he only uses it like three times a year. Dude constantly is missing meetings and not representing his district anyway.

Loupe didn’t run. I think he’s term limited, but not positive.
He’s horrible.

That fricker shows up and votes yes on THIS?!

Apparently it was a virtual meeting. Maybe he was drunk and mixed up the vote.

Yes, a “compromise candidate” or so they said. Then we find out she failed to file her tax returns and in the end she elected not to follow the parish attorney’s advice and instead voted to give away five million of our dollars.

Since she can't run now and is term limited, she has no reason to try and suck up to SBR anymore.

If attorneys advise us to take the deal we should. If not, go to trial.

frick settling.

Make them earn it if they want it. Let’s see where the liability for BOTH parties finally falls.

Time for Sterlings actions and his levels of resistance to hold weight.

fricking litigate for once Parish Attorney’s Office. You have to at least have some lawyer in your weak arse spirit.

The Parish Attorney said no deal. The mayor and half the C-P did not listen and voted yes.

At least get through motion practice on the $500k cap. Make them prove specials past that.

Loupe works for Gordon Mckernan. Voting down the settlement would have pissed off their client base.

He also sued the family of the kid who drove his kid to buy drugs when his kid got shot.

Sounds like something his constituents should take into account if/when he’s up for re-election.
