Eastern European girls at IHOP

Have any of yall noticed that 95% of the girls working at IHOP on the service road off of Causeway are Eastern European? It's been like that for years, and I was wondering if it was a front for something. A couple of them aren't bad looking, and one is an IRL 8.5/10. How do they get a continuous supply of them?

Do you think they're in some sort of nationalization program and IHOP is part of their job placement?
Eta: I would normally ask 100% of the time, but haven't for some reason. IDGAF about being appropriate, so I have no idea why I haven't asked

Like the beach shops in Destin. I'm not quite sure what the angle is but I kind of dig it.

Human trafficking by the Russian Mafia. Go to a grocery store (or several places) in Destin, FL. Lots of young Eastern European girls working there.

They don't look like ladies of the night, and they don't act like it either. Why would they be at IHOP at 4:30am if they were working the pole?

And yes there is a steady pipeline of them here. Many have family that live here and they go by word of mouth and some slight recruiting over in certain areas.
I know some of them. Some are actually college educated while some come over a little younger after they graduate HS.
There is some pockets of them that live off Lake Blvd fwiw.
Some apartments in the area actually advertise directly to them. Weekly pay for beds/rooms.

Go to Key West it is like that in a lot of shops/restaurants. I believe they come over on work visas.
