Do you think they're in some sort of nationalization program and IHOP is part of their job placement?
I know several businesses locally that dig into the pipeline. They are usually good workers and pretty cheap.
Cafe DuMonde is another one of the businesses where you will find them. They all pretty much know each other or know someone that knows someone. It's not a huge community.
Some start at a temp service like Centre Plate, also knowing someone.

Most are Russian and Ukrainian.
The good looking one seemed like a cool chick. I wouldn't have minded hanging out with her somewhere outside of her work. I dropped the ball on that one for one reason or another

The bottom half of American girls are generally fat and out of shape. On top of that, they dress in non-sexual clothing that is not feminine at all. Particularly when you go to smaller towns in the USA, the “hot girl” situation can look dismal.

The first ones locally I saw were Polish & Ukranian women working in housekeeping at condos around Gulf Shores/OBA in the '90s. Some of them were at least warmish.

They don't look like ladies of the night, and they don't act like it either. Why would they be at IHOP at 4:30am if they were working the pole?
And as someone else mentioned, the seasonal jobs in Destin and the like are staffed by some of the same pipelines.
There are girls that live fulltime in nola that leave here at slow times like the summer and go work on the beach for a couple months.
And to take it a step further, there is "efficency apartments" for rent (or used to be) at Jasmine's on Baronne that was advertising to eastern European girls. I remember one girl saying going to her room (which was just a room in the building) on the weekends, she would pass naked people doing all kinds of kinky shite in the hallways and stuff. I'm sure the advertisment towards these girls to rent at places like this was all strategic and sometimes paid off..... I just know this one girl who said once she moved here and realized she was living in a sex club. it was too late and she would have to wait until she saved some money up

I think ive been in there once, probably been a decade.

I guess I'll go hit up the good looking one this weekend or next week. I've never been the type to ask out chicks waiting on me, but I'll go for it next time I'm there. She looks respectable and whatnot.

The coolest thing about them from my experience, is they honestly seem to NOT grow hair. It's one of the most amazing things. Something genetic.
