Bowling during the summer for 1 credit. The tests were based on the rules and theory of bowling. Class was bowling in the union every day for about an hour. I ended up averaging close to 190 at the end of that class. Now I am lucky to crack 110 when I bowl.

Some social work class I used to fill a random elective. Met once per week on Monday from 6-9. Probably had half of those cancelled or replaced with reading an online article. Just about every class had a guest speaker that told their personal stories. Grade was based on two essays that didn't have a wrong answer.

ENGL 2231: Zombie Literature.

I took a Science Fiction Lit class. It was a lot of fun but it wasn't that easy. A lot of reading in that class for some reason.

Phil 1000 - Teacher not only had a curve, but he also gave bonus points. Made over 100 in the class.

ENVS 1126 - The study guides were the tests, and each test reused questions from the old tests. Pretty easy A.

MATH 1552 - Took it with Dr. Tom. He let us bring notecards to the exam, so I wrote down all the problems from the review session and lo and behold they were all on the test with different number values . Dr. Tom is the GOAT math teacher at LSU.

Honorable mention - Pete 1010. Pretty easy A for an engineering class. Thurber would qualify as an OT baller

I'm hoping to get him for Math 2090 in the fall. I have Doctor Blanton right now for calc 2. He doesn't make it easy on you to say the least but I'm making it through.

Interior design with John Campbell. Tests are on your personal computer or smart phone. No test proctors. You can literally talk through it and he doesn't care. Everyone googles the answers and he gives an extra credit field trip to La House that will essientially replace your lowest test grade.
