The first general sociology class was a joke of a course. I could have still gotten an A if I took it in the 7th grade. The class felt like the source material was from Salon or Gawker.

Greek mythology. Professor would talk about a Greek God or goddess and some event that took place. Then talk about it in relation to today's ( at the time I took the class) society. Would relate a goddess characteristics and personalities to his wife. His wife was much younger. She was a student in his class and after that semester ended they started to date. She showed up one day in the class and after they left they walked arm and arm together. My friend and I just had a shocked look on our faces bc she was fine. Could easily pass for his granddaughter bc there was at least a 30 yr age gap. Don't know if he had money or hung like a horse but he married that fine arse woman. As long as you went to class and took halfway decent notes, it was a breeze.

I also had a 4000 level class last semester in which we convinced the teacher 5 minutes before the final that we should be able to take the test as a class
We said it as a joke and then it was taken seriously somehow

Descriptive English Grammar. It was basically diagramming sentences.

Greek mythology.
I took that class when I was at LSU in late 90s. Didn't have the professor you mentioned. But it was a very interesting class if you had any interest in mythology. Learn about the Greek gods and goddesses and take notes and you could easily pass.
Only class at LSU I got 100% in.

EDCI 1001 and English 2000 were incredibly easy. Ended with a 97 for both of those without any effort put in.
