i'm going to go with 'intro to film'
we were *forced* to watch movies like apocolypse now, the graduate, the last detail, citizen kane..and then take tests on them of what happened in the movie & actor names & stuff. :lol
it was like getting a 3 hour credit to participate in a "movie/tv board" thread.

Art Appreciation was pretty easy. The professor turns off the lights, plays soft music, scrolls through pictures of art, and doesn't care if you fall asleep.

the biggest problem i had with the film class was only getting to watch half the movie before class was over.

Any of the 4000 level survey classes. Munier didn't care what you wrote for answers to the exams. You turned in a piece of paper, you got an A. At least it felt that way

edci 1001
the students made the test, we all shared the answers beforehand, and a 30 question test took about a minute

The ISDS Statistics class with Herbert was pretty easy

It should be your easiest college class because I took that as a 2nd semester elective in high school with the same movies.
Swap out The Last Detail for High Noon and the Oxbow Incident, in my case.
