The driver should be ticketed for running a red light and that’s it.
Nah it was a right on red.

An article said he fired 5 rounds from the AK, missed all of them, and the driver fired 3 rounds back.
Holding serve in a gunfight is even more important than holding serve in tennis.

A rifle is a liability in a close quarters situation like that.

Maybe that's true in a videogame.

All I can think is the driver was pointing the pistol.
You'd be correct in that assumption.
I think the driver may have moved the car forward again into the mob, Mr. Foster goes ahead and fires 5 shots into the car. There is a long pause between him firing and return fire. Which I can see as to the driver ducking, scrambling to grab the pistol, finding Mr. Foster as the threat and eliminating said threat.
Both of us agree to the stupidity of Mr. Foster's actions.

I stayed home with my firearms last night. Did not get killed. Funny how that works

I mean, just POINTING the rifle at driver would cause them to react and put the threat down immediately.
Edit: He had that weapon for less than a month? That was probably the first time he shot it. I'm uncomfortably upset at this kid for his actions.
Now, sadly, the uninformed of twitter will scream why did this idiot get shot. Such a sad state. He fired first, he missed, his own actions caused his own death.
Make no mistake. The governments of these Democrat controlled areas are 100% on the side of these mobs. If you fight back against them in any way, they will use the power of the government to put you in jail forever.

What kind of an idiot goes out in public with an assault rifle like that. Not sorry. Good lesson on what being stupid gets you for his friends.

Time for people to compare the St Louis couple holding guns on their own property to this jackass pointing a gun at someone on a public street

Everyone knows it's ok for protesters to do whatever they want, wherever they want.
At least that's what Twitter tells me
