I mean Roof isn't wrong.

All that testimony is just playing on the jurors emotions for a verdict predicated on emotion, which isn't how a case is supposed to be settled.

But I don't really care, no one will lose sleep over this, he cannot possibly get a punishment too harsh.

Dude is a piece of human filth. There is no punishment that is adequate for him.

He wants the death penalty IMO. I say give him life just because he wants the death penalty.

Seriously ... here in SC, the moment that POS is sentenced, they should allow we South Carolinians who are so inclined to drive over to the jailhouse, drag that POS out in the middle of Market Street, and string that mother fricked up .... let him almost die then drop him down, let him catch his breath ... then string him up again.

Let us do it nine times ... and on that ninth time let him dangle until he is done.

Or I would personally volunteer to put a bullet in his eye and wouldn't blink at the chance to erase that scumbag from the face of the earth.

Roof is a POS and will get death. It does bring up the issue of how much weight should be given to a victim impact statement and whether they actually serve purpose under the law.

Nope. frick that. He wants to live, you can bet it. Let his pussy arse sweat those days as they countdown. Let him get lightheaded and nauseated on the walk to the execution room. Let that IV insertion feel like a butter knife penetrating his arm. Let the drug not work so well and prolong the execution.

Hasn't that been settled in Payne v Tennessee?

I've read some really sick comments about that kind of stuff, including comments about the video of the recent suicide. Those people sounded dead serious too.

Some. But it does exist and a gore site where I have seen comments is definitely one they would visit.

I like how you left out the part where here the judge didn't necessarily disagree with him

That's because it is cumulative, not because it is "unfair" to Roof.

Why are the loved ones testifying in court? Unless they are a witness, let's get this show on the road so we can fry this coward.
