One thing is for certain. Whenever a woman in her 30s, 40s or 50s does any one of these, or all, you can bet they aren't doing it for their husband. They will say they are doing it for themselves, but you rest assured, they have an ulterior motive.
Someone new is going to see the work they got done. They didn't get all the work done under the hood to keep it hidden.
