The only problem is we have been warned that they are going to be coming for our homes tonight. They said because the malls are empty, those who did not have the opportunity to take from the malls, they will come into our homes and they will take what they want from our homes, and we will not stop them. The president disappointed us all, there is no state of emergency, we have been made empty promises of being looked after. The police are nowhere to be seen, in fact some rogue police are helping the looters to take their stuff away. The roads are lined with members of the community using themselves and their vehicles as shields, protecting their wives and children and properties.
Our country is devastated, they have burned everything, they have destroyed everything. There is not a shop that is standing anywhere, we will not have any food. All of the shops are damaged. They have destroyed and pillaged every possible business. They have now destroyed our reservoirs, our water, which is against the constitution. They have already blown up two substations, they are setting our farms on fire, we are not going to have anything left here to be able to live or eat. The country is falling apart. We need to make this known to the rest of the world.

No at the moment we can’t go anywhere, if we go down to the right we head into the lion’s den, left blocked off to protect the mall from further damage as they have made it clear they want to burn it to the ground!. Durban is in lockdown, nobody has gotten out.

They are trying to provoke the people that are protecting us, our guys are tired. Have been out there for 3 days now protectingand fighting for our lives. If we don’t get help here. We are very outnumbered. It can be blood shed

Where are the armies?
The army that they sent out, they only sent out 2000+ people. We have an army of over 70,000 people. We have such a massive area that we are trying to support and keep from burning to the ground. The army has been told to work with the SAPS and unfortunately they are totally overwhelmed and are running out of ammunition. We have seen a helicopter 3 times, we heard bombs going off. If those guys have to turn on us, we are finished. The government has told us that we do not need a state-of-emergency because it is not a political insurgence, I don’t know how far this has to go before it can be called that. This is anarchy.

Hillcrest our main town is under seige at the moment, we have hordes coming through there, they have smashed the Spar supermarket, they are coming through the town. They are setting alight the garages. They are filling up with fuel and coming to burn our houses and cars. It’s not letting up, it is progressively getting worse.
Our husband's are standing out defending us. They are standing there. Human beings. They are wanting us to take the first shot. Everyone has been told don’t be the spark, just stand down. Our concern is that these are kids, and husbands, they are not army people, we are so desperately needing help now. They are waiting for orders.

Their leader is Jacob Zuma, who is currently in jail. Since he has been put in jail, that is when they have lost their mind. The person causing the trouble is his son and his daughter. They are sending tweets and facebook videos instigating people. Our leader is supposed to be South African President Cyril Ramaphosa. But he has become an absolute puppet for these people.
Can people if they are South African expats please phone your embassies, and tell them what’s happening here. We don’t think the international press is doing it justice . They are attacking the hospitals. The police are being physically abused. 9000 violent prisoners have been released from the prisons around South Africa. This country is burning.
