I have a theory on this and it honestly has nothing to do with race. It goes back to the early times before civilizations when people were hunters and migrants. If you look at the world generally the closer to the equator you get the lower the IQ of people. This is because survival centuries ago was easier in warm climates with plentiful food. So the weak did not die off and led to a gene pool that was lower on average in IQ while people in harsher climates had to adapt or die leading to only the strong and intelligent surviving and leading to higher IQ gene pools with a talent of innovation and problem solving.
Over time this will dilute as technology makes survival easy so the dumb will stay dumb and the smart will slowly become dumber as we dilute our genetics due to the world being smaller and more diverse nations. Eventually catastrophe whether it be war or natural causes will destroy the civilized world and we will revert back and start the process over again.

Also very few natural deep harbors. It would take a vast amount of infrastructure investment to develop Africa. Which would require dredging harbors and building railroads and highways across numerous countries. Battling not only every nations government but every tribe across Africa to accomplish this feat and get them all on the same page is next to impossible. They just hate each other too much to work together. You’d have to go Adolph Hitler and march armies through there and rule with an iron fist to do it

That sounds good until you remember Rhodesia and South Africa were thriving until....
No matter the society, if citizens aren't allowed to own private property and the fruits of their labor then its poverty.
Our government is supposed to guarantee that and protect us.

15% of South Africa can’t lift the other 85% up to Western standards even if taxed at 100%.
The blacks living in South Africa live at an equal or better level than the blacks in the areas without white people but that is not good enough.
Can a minority group work hard and thrive in South Africa sure the Indians sure have.
But the Indians came to work and not sit around wait to get lifted up.

I just can’t understand the behavior. Ok so maybe the Africans as a whole don’t have the IQ to create those things. But why destroy what someone else built for them? Why not just sit there and be halfway nice to the few white people who maintain that infrastructure and enjoy the benefits of electricity, clean water, hospitals, etc and the availability of jobs if they want to work

They still have a couple of nuclear reactors at the Koberg nuclear power station. Although it's in the Western Cape where they haven't seen any major disruption to this point, I hope they prioritize security for that place.
