It is honestly one of the worst "innovations" I have ever seen. I hate it. I get very angry when I have to use my 2 gas cans.

you're talking about the black nozzle/green thingie with the little slits in it right?

my neighbor who is a pilot and also fixes small engines walked up to me the day i bought this and watched me struggle and just laughed at me. he's the one who told me i needed to just take the whole nozzle off and fill up the weedeater tank from the can itself.

i think i broke the nozzle in about 3 places trying to make it work that day. so fricking stupid.

eta i guess i shouldn't have thrown away my "HOW TO frickING POUR GAS OUT OF A frickING GAS CAN" instructions that came with it.

Did you see the part of my post where I said the EPD required the change? That took a couple of dumbasses aiming for utopia and ignoring the real world where more gas is spilled because the imposed solution sucks.

My roommate says the Squatty Potty is the stupidest thing. Why try to change how we have done something for thousands of years?

I really like my Squatty Potty so screw him.

and millions more people died of malaria in africa
and millions of small engines were thrown away after being ruined by the corn syrup in gasoline
and millions of pounds of food was thrown in the trash because kids weren't eating that shite michelle obama forced down their throats

no..no its not. the sound quality of bluetooth is dramatically poorer than wired headphones but again, most people don't care because, hey, i hear sound.

Removing the heating element from dish washers. I haven't seen a dry dish come out in years even with the special rinse wash crap they tell you to use.

I pulled out the spring loaded piece in the nozzle then drilled a hole in the opposite top corner of my gas can. Works like a dream now

This was a recent discovery for me. Europeans started this shite for environmental reasons, right?

Europe and their non-vented dryers is ridiculous too. To have to empty the water container on a dryer 2-3 times for a load of towels is absurd and takes for fricking ever.

So after dealing with a new 5 gallon gas can to fill a generator for the past 3 days, the idiots at the EPD who required the change as well as the person who designed the new environmentally friendly nozzle should be shot. Why would anyone think that it was a good idea to take a gas can, which had worked fine for years, and remove the pressure release on the back side and then put on some nozzle you have to push in to have gas flow? Add to it that you cannot leave a can sitting there and sealed because bulges out and looks like it wants to explode if you don't partially unscrew the nozzle. As for environmentally friendly, I spilled way more gas with this PoS than I ever did with one of the old ones that worked.
