Why don't you ask your dad who's clearly an attorney.
Then go frick yourself for driving after drinking. You could've killed me (a dad and a husband) or my wife (a mother and my wife) or my son, or all of us. You selfish frick.

It's over twice the legal limit and it's drunk enough to know you shouldn't make the decision to get behind the wheel of a car.

these are all great questions for your lawyer that you acquired the day after you were arrested.
Im going to assume you did that, because any other option besides that indicates you are prepared to get royally fricked

Ask your dad.
You are so full of shite, if your dad was actually an attorney (and gives a shite about you) he would have already helped you hire a MS criminal attorney.
ETA I see you are not asking for nor getting help. Here is the help you need HIRE AN ATTORNEY YOU frickING IDIOT.

You're clearly guilty, why dont you just man up and take responsibility and plead guilty.

Sadly this is true. I know someone who's done the vice versa and been getting away with it for 8 years now. They're name changed since then and they rarely, if ever, drive in Louisiana.

Damn did you just admit to living in Mississippi on here?

Don't tell him to waste his pre trial diversion on a little dwi, what if he gets into heroin later on?
Posted on 1/25/18 at 2:42 pm to mydadwillSueU
Which county was it? This may make a difference in how you need to plead

Having been both a police officer in Louisiana and Mississippi I can tell you that both states have an agreement that any enforcement action in either state is recognized in both states ( i.e. suspended license, warrants.etc.). And by the way, a BAC of.188 is not a grey area, you were hammered, you should have never gotten behind the wheel
