Nobody puts anything in your system except you. No one can make you do anything.
If you drink, don't drive. If you drive, don't drink. Pretty simple my man.

Stop breaking the law, a-hole

I got a dui a few years ago in college that got reduced down to a reckless driving ticket on the condition that I took the classes and had an interlock on my truck for 3 months, plus paid my court costs, fine, attorney fee. You know what? It absolutely does suck. It’s supposed to suck. The point of making your life hell for 6 months is that you hopefully never make the choice to drink and drive again. By your attitude I’m guessing you’ll rack up another dui within a few years

Ask the judge if he'll dismiss charges if you go to driving school.

That was a trick question. Your answer should have been, "I didn't blow."

I get the standard answer is "get an attorney, dumbass" and I would almost always agree but I think there is another play with DUIs. DUIs are money makers for the courts and if you lawyer-up you probably have money or access to it so youre looking at being fined, fee'd and/or diversioned to death. If you show up to court a pauper and sound half-crazy like a homeless person and then demand a trail they might want to drop the charges or work with you on it.
They bet on people taking diversion and fines. That makes them money and costs your time. Trail costs them money and their time. There is a reason homeless people rarely end up in jail even though all of them break the law all the time and are always holding drugs but never get harassed by the police(unless theyre bothering people/trespassing).
The justice system in the US these days is there for their own benefit under the guise of "cleaning up the streets" and "delivering justice".

I would suggest get a lawyer.
The new laws allow you to get a non-adjudication after completing certain requirements, which include going to a MADD class, a class for 4 Saturday morning for 3 hours, breathalyzer in your car for 3 months and at the end if you do not get another DUI for 5 years it is off your record in 5 years. You also pay various fines but its better than having it on your record.
For the 5 years the DUI is technically not on your record, its kind of like a probationary period. But after the 5 years it is completely dropped and if you get another one after that it is like getting your first.

Figure out the 894 equivalent in Mississippi. Do that and get it expunged after completing the tasks (community service, MADD classes, etc)

If you have money, pay a high end attorney. Ask for pre-trial diversion .
