I picture it smelling like NOLA

Most of Midtown does have a faint Bourbon Street odor to it.

But much like New Orleans and the French Quarter, when people think of NY all they picture is Midtown. There are so many great areas of the city to live in and most locals avoid Midtown like the plague (unless they work there)

Typical response from a homer. God forbid anyone want to live somewhere other than Louisiana. Idiot.

Weird that you like to picture pasty boys, but I'm not here to judge.

But you'd be wrong thinking that's me.

Don't you live in New Orleans? at least someone gets the sarcasm.

I live in NOLA. In a quiet peaceful neighborhood. I have green space literally across the street. I can walk to the lakefront, or ride my bike to west end.

If I choose to go downtown or to the FQ, I can do that. I've never had any problems.

Fairly happy in NOLA.

This was proven fake on a video I saw yesterday. The dude who smashed the window was in one of the guys thats sitting on the car Snapchat a few times earlier that day. They fake a lot of pranks and "social experiments" for $$$. Total assholes too.

Is that supposed to be an insult?

How dumb would it sound if every time someone said, "New Orleans is a shite hole, I would never live there", blah blah blah"....and my response to them was, "Probably couldn't afford it"....

Do you see how fricking stupid that sounds?

I'd say it's equally as stupid as someone assuming that someone who would choose to live in New York over Louisiana has to fit this description.

I picture you to be some sort of pastey white, pretentious pretty boy that wears skinny jeans

Compared to a lot of places, it is. Laugh all you want, but I'd kill to be paying NOLA real estate prices.

Bless your little heart. So how much is your rent?

Come talk to me when you're ready to purchase a house and pay taxes and insurance.
