Oh I agree, I don't have much of a desire to live there. I get why people want to, but it's too big of a city for my taste. But give me NY over anyplace in Louisiana, and that includes NOLA.

I think he's trying to say that he doesnt want to live in either La or NYC but if he had to choose he's live in NYC over anywhere in La...dumb
