Duck Dynasty-The Revival

Has anyone started watching the new Duck Dynasty? I watched the first 2 episodes that have aired so far. It's absolutely nothing like the original series was. None of the manly hunting, fishing, warehouse antics, blowing stuff up etc. It's more catered to the softer side. Granted Phil has died and the dynamics might've changed a little. However, in my option it's just downright bad and a total opposite of the past.

I watched the first episode. It wasn’t very funny.
Si was briefly in shown and he was funny. Other than that it was meh.
Was interesting to see how the family had grown.

The second episode was ok, Si claims to have seen bigfoot and wants to make a documentary about it. His other ideas were hilarious, one he had was for him to be a super hero wearing a cape.
Willie babysitting all of the grandkids was funny at times. They spent a decent amount of time showing the sons and son in laws competing in pickle ball; two of them are super competitive and the rest don't really care.

We watched the first one. It was meh. Nothing like the original. We started to watch the old series again. It is so cheesy but Uncle Si cracks me up.

It doesn't bother me but it is noticeable. I've always liked Sadie though. I've watched some videos of her speaking, I don't what what "it" is, but she has it.

From what I understand the show is more about the next generation. They grew up very different and if you expect it to be like the previous show you will be highly disappointed.

I watch mainly because i know almost everyone on the show. I talked to John Luke the day the new showed aired. It was funny but its not as good as the org show. Its going to be different because willie's kids did not grew up like willie did.

Yeahh nothing personal, and she's easy on the eyes. But it's like she never closes her mouth fully for consonants and I hate it.

Won’t watch anymore episodes. All these type shows are scripted but this is terrible. I couldn’t care less if Sadie’s hubby can play pickle ball or how John Luke’s coffee empire is going.
