I've seen people in a similar state just flat out piss themselves. I have to at least give credit where it's due, this guy has the presence to pull down his pants AND manages to stay upright. You can take him to jail, but you can't take that away from him.

Never done that at a public place, but I have done that in my dresser drawer full of socks when I woke up in the wee hours of the night after drinking three times what I should have drank. My wife was not fricking amused whatsoever.
