I noticed how quite it was when conversing with a passenger. It's a very quite, solid car.

My buddy and business partner has a massive collection of super cars and an entire warehouse to store them in (918's, Bugatti's, etc). Nine times out of ten he's driving his 15 year old LS430 with a gazillion miles. He's adamant it's the best daily car and bang for your buck that's out there.

I have a buddy with a 2000 es300. 345k on it drives like brand new. He has replaced some normal wear and tear parts. So quiet on the inside

'm starting to poke around for an 08 or 09 Land Cruiser. What I'm realizing is that the LX 570s of the same year/mileage are actually cheaper, more plentiful, and have WAY better interiors. I would much rather have a Toyota than a Lexus - less flashy - but I'm leaning toward the LX now. I'll just swap out the 20" rims for LC wheels and BFG a/t tires.
I've looked them as well, but the 9-10mpg is a stinger as I do a lot of driving.

With a little 24 gal tank, too! My Cayenne is 27 gal and gets around 20mpg. It'll be an adjustment.

I drive a 2014 IS350 F Sport and the only complaint is that they don't make a manual transmission because this car would be a blast to drive as a standard. Still very impressed overall.

The LS is nice, but if you're driving it you'd better be over 50, otherwise that's the kind of car that's meant to be used to chauffeur you around in so you should have a driver.
Agreed. Lexus is an old people brand. They don't look great compared to Mercedes or BMW or Audi, they're just comfortable and safe and really slow

Love our Lexus! Great features and smooth ride. Took my wife's Lexus in for maintenance appointment yesterday...they fed me breakfast, changed the oil, gave it a checkup and cleaned it inside and out, in an hour.

Just bought my wife a 2016 RX350. It had 6,000 miles on it. Damn nice vehicle and she absolutely loves it. The 2017s did not wow us when we looked. I'm amazed by the joystick for navigating the screen.

I hated those mid 2000s grills and sweeping headlights. For that reason I didn't even consider Lexus when I got my last car, even though I would have liked to.

Some also come with a 4" adjustable lift, front and rear. The Land Cruisers don't offer that.

Have a 2008 gx470 with 132k miles. Still drives tight and the suspension is like a dream. You can't go wrong with these vehicles if you take care of them.

I have an ES330 2005. I bought it in 2008. Has run Like a top since. I feel like a fuddy duddy driving a car for this long, but I have really grown to like it.
A white 2007 ES350 was my favorite car I ever owned.

Lexus makes a great vehicle. But, the 600 benz is hard to beat.
