There are several tiers to 90’s sports cars in the US.

Tier 1 is the Supra, NSX, and RX7.

This is Tier 2.

You are given all 3 and you have to drive one, sell one, and burn one.

Nissan 300Z Turbo

Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4

Mitsubishi Eclipse Turbo

Your Tiers are shite.

Tier 1: NSX

Tier 2: Supra, 300ZX, GT VR4

Tier 3: RX7, Eclipse Turbo

The market strongly disagrees with you.

If you think a 300 or GT are nearly as in demand as a Supra Turbo you need to get out more.

at you placing the RX7 on the same level as a NSX.

NSX: Close to super car status.
Supra, 300ZX, GT: High end luxury sports cars with good performance for their time. They competed against each other in their segment.
Eclipse and RX7: Entry level sports cars.

The Supra Turbo, NSX, and RX-7 are the highest demanded 90’s Japanese sports cars by todays market and it isn’t even close.

If you have a pristine Supra Turbo or RX7 please sell it to me for 300, GT, or Eclipse prices. I will promptly flip them for many thousands of dollars.

The Supra and RX-7 both climbed upward in price and performance around 1995. Targeted different market segments compared to the early 1990s.

Today. Mainly because the NSX and Supra Turbos are extremely rare. Same with an pristine RX7 because the rotary engines have the life expectancy of a fruit fly. The seals go out VERY easily.

I mean no shite those are the most in demand now. Those had the least amount sold and/or survived to this day.

Even today to compare a RX7 to a NSX is laughable.

Jesus, couldn't be an easier choice. Top to bottom. Drive, sell, burn.

A fully loaded RX7 was pushing 40k which is way out of eclipse territory

In 2019 USA and the world:

Supra Turbo and NSX are 1a and 1b in some kind of order.

Rx7 is 3 by some distance.

The others listed above are down far below somewhere (I can actually imagine the Eclipse Turbo being more in demand than the heavy, complex Nissan).

1994 twin turbo was the first production car to run 0-60 under 4 seconds off the showroom floor.

A little before the 90s, but the Conquest/Starion from Mitsubishi was under appreciated, and ahead of its time. Loved the 89 TSI model I had for awhile.
