I read in the News Star that he was a passenger in the truck and another passenger, who was a juvenile, said he just fired a .380 pistol out of the vehicle. This dipshite shot 8-10 rounds toward the house just to see if the safety "worked" or not as per the report. The report also states the perp had been drinking vodka.
