It's not really in a neighborhood. Arkansas Road is a curvy 2 lane highway leading out of W. Monroe into bumfrickville. He lives in more of an estate off of that. It's hard to see his house because of privacy trees but the fact that it's an estate is clear to see.
I'm pretty sure there is a substation to the right of it but it's been awhile since I've been out that direction.
