Nicholson from Pastime Lounge to W. Chimes is the biggest head scratcher of a road I've ever been on. Surely LSU has enough clout to get this corridor fixed. I mean it's an embarrassment to have potholes and buckled spots so bad that it can pop a sedan's tire. I mean hundreds of thousands of other teams' fans travel this corridor and this is our best first impression?

There was a big development near Magnolia Mound planned, but it was cancelled once Broome killed the tram.

You can't get the Plank Road peeps to LSU on the tram.

I believe there is a master plan for this, at least I’ve seen drawings for it
