That was my guess when I saw the post but whenever I get on the Louisiana portal, I can’t find the same charts or raw numbers.
Much easier to find the cases and deaths on CDC nationally and Worldometers by state and the La site slows the hell out of my computer in a way almost nothing else does.

It'll be different this time. We have vaccines. Folks will be told if you don't want to get sick and end up in the hospital or die or have long-covid get a vaccine.
It's not that difficult and we are not going back to shut-downs and mask mandates. Let those who don't get the vaccine face the consequences.

It’s the Delta strain which is more resistant to antibodies from the vaccine and causes more severe symptoms. My dads best friend just died from it and he was a healthy guy in his 50s with no pre existing conditions or health issues
My sister lives in New Orleans, has had Covid once and was vaccinated and now has Covid again with pretty strong symptoms. Worse than her first time to get it
