Those were dogs and he was actually sentenced on federal racketeering charges. These were endangered, exotic animals going across state lines. Big difference.

The big difference is 23 months Vs 22 years. For all you know the tigers that were put down, were put down for humane reasons. Was it right? No. Could have been handled better..should all be seperate from any murder for hire charges anyways.
But I guarantee you he wasn't fighting them for any amusement or gambling, then torturing and killing probably hundreds over his life..across state lines. Vick got off easy and then went back to playing ball.
Joe should do some time, pay some fines and be banned from owning animals for a while.
Jeff lowe and allan set joe up to take his shite from him. They all but openly admitted to it.

Yeah, that Jeff Lowe put him in contact with after the other guy supposedly backed out, which Lowe set up as well.
Make no mistake, the dude tried to hire someone to kill her but Jeff Lowe walked him through every step of it.
I.e. he set him up.
ETA: The red headed guy talked about it while he didn’t know he was being filmed. Lowe sat down with Joe and talked logistics on how to do it.
