I've got a husky mix that has been pacing for the last hour. She's 11 years old and has started doing this in the last 2 years when weather is bad.

still pacing 3 hours later.

Blow some weed smoke in their nose and leave a bowl of water by their bed.

Same here, these two assholes think climbing on top of my head while I’m sleeping will protect them for some reason..

I've had five dogs and none of them are or have been bothered by thunder or fireworks.

Get one of those thunder vests. It helped my friend’s old husky out years ago

Got three labs. Black, yellow and fox red. The latter two hunt, the black, female, pet. She's shakes like a polaroid picture when it thunders. The other two males could give two shits.

An animal with highly sensitive hearing doesn't like loud noises? You don't say?

My chocolate lab loves them. Stands by the backdoor begging to go outside so he can play in the puddles that develop in the yard due to heavy rain.

He was outside when an F4 went within 15 miles of us last month and wanted to be outside a couple of years back when the neighbor's trampoline ended up in our backyard due to hurricane Olivia in 2017.

Dog is still sleeping in a chair.

Mine is curled up next to me on the couch being lazy. When there’s big clap of thunder, he’ll open one eye and peek over at me like he’s making sure that I’m not freaking out, then he closes it and goes back to being lazy.
