That’s one record that could easily get broken.

Throwing a frisbee 109 yards is quite impressive as well

I think this record will be constrained by how far one can throw the frisbee rather than the Dog.

Nymeria can't catch a frisbee. She waits until it hits the ground.

My black lab is a good frisbee dog but I can't throw it 100 yds. 60 at most.

The first time I ever threw an Arobie, the Doxie just looked at me.

This was my first thought as well. No hook or slice either.

Record frisbee throw is 1333 feet…like a quarter of a mile.

Don’t think a dog is running that down

This video is pretty awesome tho

In disc sports, it is called hyzer and anhyzer. The key to keeping it straight past proper disc selection and a level release is having enough spin on the disc to prevent the natural tendency to hyzer out* at the end of the flight.

*hyzer for a right-handed back-hand like the thrower in the video is falling off to the left like a hook for a RH golfer

He’s quite the renaissance man.

Remarrying two years after Mrs Dog passed away.

The catch was impressive, but the 120 yard jog back to his starting point was his boss move.

I was more impressed with the throw…

Dog didn’t even jump for it….

I had a yellow lab that loved to catch Frisbees.. Didn’t even teach him, it came natural. He would literally jump about three feet off the ground to catch them. He was also an awesome dock dog, with water jumping… Never got him into competition though, really wish I would’ve.
