Same in my area. Traffic is still bad.

There's no requirement/recommendation to stay at home. Just to keep social distance.

My neighborhood and surrounding parks and trails have never been more active with people walking.
Saw a group of kids riding their bikes together.
I’ve seen neighbors I never knew existed taking multiple walks a day.
shite...Coronavirus might bring out the best in us before it’s all over with.

Traffic is definitely scaled back in my area but we have been out and about quite a bit since the "shutdown."

I had Mexican for lunch.
I'm going to need toilet paper, but not because of corona.

Well yeah, life doesn't stop because assholes think everyone should be cowering in their homes with a face mask on and Lysol cans in each hand.

Feel the exact same
Made the exact same comment last night while our family was out walking the dog

No one is doing that
Went to grocery store at lunch
Waited well behind lady getting wipe for her cart handle
People cut in front of me reaching behind her for wipes
60/40 elderly people, most stores are doing special early hours for them
Buffet & salad bar open, at least 7 people fixing food from buffet
No distancing in lines, not that lines are bad so a foot would help

It has been pretty active in my area. People mowing grass, kids riding bikes, etc.. But there is a lot of construction going on several blocks from me and that's shut down. But I don't see groups of people talking, etc..

Social Distancing is not Social Isolation. Going for a walk, ride, hitting a trail is all good things to do in my book.

My son and I have taken a bike ride and a walk every day since Friday. My son has only asked to watch TV twice in that timeframe. It’s the blessing I’m taking from all this.

Downtown NOLA is a ghost town. Has been all week. Fewer out every day

I feel like we arent actually doing or accomplishing anything other than inconvencing people and killing bars/resturants.....for this whole "flatten the curve" thing people keep regurgitating to work, I feel like it needs to be total shutdown....which i guess we'll add on after a few weeks of this does nothing

Agreed.
The business districts are slow and quiet. The suburbs are all pretty active right now.

I came to work but there are only 6 of us here on the floor of a gigantic building. Bossman said this was social distancing enough... Usually 60 on the floor. I think he is here just to use company toilet paper too

Mandeville streets are full. Drove my wife to an appointment and cars everywhere.
