Why in the hell would the show pay $8 million for her to do what she does? They could pay any smoking hot young chick $100k and they’d do it in a heartbeat. That’s a complete waste of $8 mil. shite, they wouldn’t lose a single viewer and probably even gain some and an easy $7,900,000 profit a year. Idiot producers.

Yea, I had the same question. I suspect her take home after taxes and agent fees is about $4mm. Saving $3mm a year would easily net her $30mm after 10 years if you don’t factor in investments.
She’s been on Wheel of Fortune for ~35 years.
While she hasn’t made big money her entire career, I suspect her net worth is much higher.

Also, Judge Judy has the highest rated daytime show averaging 9.7 million viewers. That's crazy big money for the network.
