Are you saying you think flu shots give children autism?

Yes. It has been well documented that there is a link

I’ve never had a flu shot and have never gotten the flu. Everyone in my office this year who has gotten the flu got a flu shot. Just from my inner circles and acquaintances, it doesn’t ever seem effective. They push that flu shot everywhere. I don’t recall ever being asked if I want a flu shot this much in my life.

It put my mother in ICU with seizures 3 years ago. The flu is not to be taken lightly.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Btw, flu shot doesn’t give you the flu, doesn’t make one more susceptible to the flu. This year they simply guessed wrong...it happens.

I don't think you can separate the Las Vegas shooting and an uptick in flu cases this year

The 17 people I just mentioned that all tested positive all got flu shots this year.

I've had the Flu once. Truly a miserable experience and wouldn't wish that on anyone not named Obama or John Bell Edwards. Anyway, the year I got the shot I ended up with the flu.

I believe the CDC issues the vaccinations based on their "testing and/or assumptions" of what strain of Flu will be worse that particular year. This reeks of a complete money grab by the government.

That's not a reason to freak out about the flu, that's a reason to have those fricking employees must wash their hands signs up in the bathrooms...

I work at a hospital. Flu and RSV have been very bad. Flu vaccine this year is only 10% effective according to the CDC.

This.

Our ER doc yesterday stopped swabbing people for flu. It is pointless. From the shifts before we had a backlog of positive viruses. Norovirus, corona virus, flu ahn3?, parainfluenza, RSV (really fricking up elderly).

Treatment for all? Nothing. Everybody is there after 2-3 days of symptoms. Tami flu is pointless. It's near pointless in ideal conditions.

I think they look at the flu season in the southern hemisphere and create the vaccine based on the most prevalent strains.
