Only talking about N95 masks. You can use a bandana, cut a t shirt, etc etc. Cops aren't enforcing it really though. I was behind a cop at summer moon this morning and he didn't say anything to the couple people ahead without masks, but places like HEB aren't letting people in without them.
I'm out all over the city most of the day, but I just use a bandana or these cheap cloth masks my company provided us. I see a ton of bandanas or otherwise DIY masks all day.

Does government have a right to MAKE you wear seat belts, stop at red lights or make restaurants adhere to food protection standards.

I have very little doubts in our politicians being able to write it into law and act as if it were written in the 10 commandments. My doubts and strong “No” lie within the execution department.

The government can do what it wants.
They can confiscate your assets. They already confiscate your pay or profit.
They can have you and your entire family killed if they want. Look at TWA800.
How about the killing of Dion (and his wife Jennifer) Longsworth from Indy Audio Labs? Some seem to think their house was struck by a drone attack.

Why is it such a big deal to people like you? I truly dont get it, its a mask to maybe help lesson the spread and get everything back to normal. But instead you ignorant rednecks act like you are above everyone and everything over a freaking mask.

Local governments can mandate via local ordinance that you wear clothes. It cannot, however mandate what type of clothes you wear

I have no problem people ignoring all medical recommendations... But I also feel they should forfeit medical treatment if they become ill with the virus.
