Seems strange to see her driving my truck.
If she drove my truck, Mrs Cove would run over everything not capable of getting out of her way.

My wife doesn't shift my Tacoma out of first until it's over 4k rpms, but unlike the inline 6 in her car my truck sounds like going to explode. I hear it all the way down the street.

Quite a change then. Mrs Cove drives a Lexus. I drive a truck
The RC F-sport is tiny, i need 4 doors, but as driving car it may have some appeal. but still too small for my liking
just not what I am accustomed to from them...I mean their ideas for the SUV design are bold...like really bold, overly bold. It will be polarizing...some will love and and many if not a majority will think its an atrocity
but they are trying at least

No, I have a 5 series that I think drives amazingly at all speeds. The Caddy I rented this week is a TPOS compared, IMO. The reviews of the F10 say it's moved away from sportiness to more luxury and that kills me. I've been a 5 series fan since I owned an E12 after college.

I have an F10 and I agree that it's more of a luxury car than a sports car. That's what I wanted though. If I wanted a sports sedan I'd go with an M something.
My 5-series has the M Sport package so that helps with the sportiness a good bit.

Is it bad that I don't know what F10 or E12 mean?

BMW lingo that relates to the body style.

I have an Audi A6 3.0 and love it. It is a 2014 and is the first car i have not got tired of after a year or two. Fun to drive, very quick and responsive and the interior is top notch.
I have a friend that has a 5 series BMW and he always mentions how nice my interior is compared to his.
I had the Jaguar XF supercharged when it first came out and the was a fun car, but, had me looking around after 2 years.
I still enjoy the look and driving of the A6. Great car and have had no problems with it.

It's just the different models. F10 is the new one, E12 was the first one.

I test drove an Audi and it was nowhere close to how a 535 drove. I considered Audi until I actually got behind the wheel.
So, what Audi did you drive? Driving an A6 and an S6 are driving two completely different cars.

Fwiw-
I just bought a BMW 435 in October. I looked at Cadillac and Audi. Cadillac I looked at the Ats with the bigger engine. I was impressed, but couldn't get over the fact that it was a Cadillac.
It was a toss up for me between the Audi S4, S5, and the BMW 435. The S6 and 5 series were too big of a car for me, and my last car was a 335.
I honestly wish I could have combined things with Audi and BMW. Audi didn't offer HUD, but their interior was amazing. They drove and handled great. They also didn't have a wide screen navigation/display, and the control knob was cheap feeling. I've owned 2 BMW's before, so I knew the controls by memory, was spoiled to HUD, free maintainence, along with getting a crazy deal on a 2015 model kept me loyal to BMW.
TL;DR version - caddy felt ghetto, loved the Audis, but it was missing some features important to me so I went with BMW. No regrets on my choice.

Nothing compares for the $$--and I tracked them both.
Would buy again.

My friend just bought an Audi A6 this week, and I bought a Jaguar XJL Portfolio last week. The Jag XJL is more luxury oriented and bows away the 7 series, A7/8, and E-Class in that regard. Before buying the XJL, I test drove the Jag XF-S. Bitch is fast and handles well. I'd buy it in a heartbeat over a 5-series or any Audi.
