NEVER seen one....but all I know is they fricking hurt like a mother fricker and bleed like a hemophiliac!!!

Yes. Had one the size of a marble cut out, then raced motocross the next day. My arse rarely touched the seat that day, which meant my technique was far better than my normal riding days.
