Had to get it for employment reasons to enter the workplace.

I regretted getting it shortly after due to the onset of heart palpitations. They stopped but it was concerning.
I was the guinea pig for my family. I have no interest in getting a booster or having my children get the vaccine until some long term study is allowed to formulate.

Got vaccinated, got Covid. Spent labor day with 6 adults (5 vaccinated, 1 unvaccinated), two 3 year olds and all 8 of us got it.
The unvaccinated person definitely by far was the sickest. And you would have never known the toddler had it, we only tested because I was positive and he needed a negative test to return to school after 10 days instead of 14, but it was positive.
Covid sucked but the aftermath was worse. My son got a secondary infection for a sinus infection and then also an ear infection. Doctors said it was because his immune system was down from fighting Covid. All better now though.
So no I do not regret getting it, but probably won't get my booster and will not be giving it to my toddler when they start allowing it in kids that young.

I have heard from a few people that got the vaccine say they are not getting a booster. Which is pretty much saying the same thing
not really
Why would someone decide to get the vaccine months ago, but not get a booster? Feeling like they got duped is the only reason i can think of

No regrets. I work around Covid patients and have underlying conditions.

I most assuredly do regret getting this dumbass vaccination.
I didn't even get it out of fear of the sniffles. I got it because I wanted to go to LSU games. fricking stupid on my part.

Hey look! Another meaningless Covid/vaccine thread cluttering up the OT.

Don't regret it at all. Has made life a lot easier.
Also in the camp where I don't care if someone has gotten it or not.

because they don't need it? Surely you can think of other obvious reasons.

To satisfy their work requiring the vaccine

elt sick for a few days after the shot, & then still got covid. Down for almost a week; staying at home coughing, running fever, achy, etc.
they would have died if not for the shots. signed CNN.

Nope, getting my booster this week.
Gotta be a troll right? I know we have some serious hardcore pro-vax sheep in here, but even sane people that came to a rational decision that getting the vax was the best way for them to be protected against covid have to see this response as ridiculous right?
What kind of retarded cuck do you have to be to not only be happy about getting a booster, but to be excited about the fact that you have to get a booster in the first place after such a short time period?
Whatever drugs these kind of people were on to fry their brains to this level need to be eradicated from the Earth.

I dont regret it since the people that I work with are long term care residents at a nursing home.
If I worked in any other setting I doubt I would have taken the vaccine

I got the first two with Pfizer but regret it now. Not getting the boosters if the first two don’t work. I’m not injecting any additional potential poison in my body for no reason.

My brother, who is a hardcore Trump worshipper got the first shot but tried to keep it a secret. Only reason he got it was so he could go on a cruise. He didn’t go for the second.

They certainly dwarf in numbers compared to the anti-vax sheep.

I was told the antibodies from Covid are better than the booster. Don't know if that is true or not but I just don't feel the need for it.
It wasn't fun, but wasn't all that bad minus a day or two.
