Maybe his BMI was too high and he used those drugs to drown his discomfort of daily fat shaming thrust upon him.
Considering he was a drug addict, he looked like a skelaton
Not that your reply answered the question anyway

Isn’t it one of the oldest rivalries in the country?

Reading is fundamental..
The kind of thing stressed at the Catholic Schools. Particularly Jesuit. The jokes write themselves: lol

This question reeks of jealousy and bitterness.
I think you are proving his point.

Not everyone is cut out for the school on Carrollton and Banks.
Considering some of the guys I know who graduated from there, this is a moot point.

But like I said in a previous post, most are good people…

True. If you're past 30 and you still boast about your HS, you peaked early.
I know a fellow who's 60 years old whose life still revolves around his high school football team. It's bizarre.

AMDG here. Sorry y’all met some jerk asses, but we’re not all like that. Grillin and chillin over here and thanking God for my blessings. Beer is on me at the bar next time we’re there!
Keep it cheapish, I’ve got two under four.
Also, good luck finding me at the bar!

For example, the Mount Carmel girls were generally stuck up, the Dominican girls were generally smart, and the Cabrini girls were generally fun
None of those are even accurate stereotypes

Jesuit is coming up on its 175th anniversary, must be doing something right.

No one around here considers Jesuit and Holy Cross a huge rivalry anymore.
Lolwut? You are such an idiot. You know less about the New Orleans area than most, yet try to pass yourself off as some kind of expert on the matter. You have hilariously bad takes in every Nola thread on this site

Addiction will do that to you.
As I stated before they are successful overall. Of course there are outliers and bad apples. I knew a couple guys as well.

Yes, several, but I’m not usually allowed to admit it bc my brother went to Holy Cross

I know plenty, the majority are arrogant but there are a decent amount that are not.

So what's your point??? The priests used to cultivate that attitude from the day you enter through the doors on Banks Street for the first time.

He had said ‘back in the day’ - it’s pretty accurate for the 1990s

This. These days it’s everyone against John Curtis
But that being said, it isn’t Jesuit’s fault them and HC isn’t as big a rivalry anymore, just like it isn’t LSU’s fault them and Tulane isn’t a big deal any longer
