At least a little, yes.

My work was more difficult when everyone was remote - I had more than 1200 (stopped counting) calendared meetings from Feb 2020 to Feb 2021.

But I actually enjoyed less extracurricular demand on my time, using the backyard and the park as entertainment and hanging out with my family and doing puzzles and Legos. I enjoyed the pace of quarantine times.

That said, I'm a GenXer and former latchkey kid - "sit on the couch and watch movies until we tell you otherwise" is my wheelhouse.

You don’t need quarantine for that.

This is what you do, get rid of all your shite, buy a tent and then a bus ticket to San Francisco.

You will never have to work again or do a zoom call. And you can bon fire in a barrel with your neighbors.

I enjoyed it as well. Lot more quality family time. And when you did have to go somewhere - No traffic !

I miss
No traffic
No crowds at theme parks
Getting resort rooms for under $100/night
Less crowded stores
Less crowded beaches

All that kind of stuff. I wish the masktards would retreat again to their basements.

No. This is a horrible question. I watched people take government welfare through ppp loans sprinkled with tons of fraud while our industry suffered. The tyranny and lies from the government were also a nice touch. Anyone who wants to go back to that can go shove it.

I mean…I wouldn’t want to do it again but it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever done.

The “quarantine” part really just applied to the kids with school. We still went places.

We do that about 4 days a week in my neighborhood, at somebody's house. It doesn't go very late or anything, spur of the moment stuff, golf carts and 4 wheelers, the fire might be in a 55 gallon drum, you bullshite each other in a relaxed thing and say " see you tomorrow"

Yea I absolutely love the economy coming to a screeching halt, having a run on toilet paper, restaurants and sports getting shut down.

I miss people I don’t know staying 6 feet away from me.

I fully advocate for those lines again with legitimate space between people.

Yes because I worked for most of it didn't quarantine AT ALL, did whatever the frick I wanted to do, took my wife on a vacation and while they were terrified of covid up north it was nice because there were zero tourists and the few places that were open were grateful for the business.

So we did what we wanted, went on a plane, travelled, for work drove into new orleans with zero traffic, not a soul in the streets or on the road except for a couple cops posted here and there like out of an apocalypse movie.

It was fricking great and do actually miss it.
