I might be completely wrong, I really don't know.. But I would find it hard to believe that there was not a part of her who was thinking "I have the opportunity to frick the president of the United States". He hits on me and I am sure if I show a little interest, I could frick him".

Just imagine the insane precedent this sets. A young woman initiates a consensual sexual relationship with a powerful man then gets to turn around decades later and claim she was the victim. This #metoo shite jumped the shark a long time ago.

Wait, so even though she was an adult and a willing participant, the fact he had a powerful job makes it not consensual?
Where the frick has personal accountability gone? Did he force her to do anything? Did he threaten her if she didn't engage in sexual acts with him?

But at the same time she was young and made stupid decisions that is going to affect her for the rest of her life. She will always be known as the girl who had Bill Clinton's jizz on her dress.
It would be a difficult decision to have kids, if she wanted to.. I mean she is 44 now, but I am sure that during her childbearing years it played a factor.
