Doctors of the OT: lower right back pain

2nd week in a row this has happened. Both times after going out drinking Saturday and lasts for 3-4 days
My lower right back gets a constant pain that makes it hard to stand up and walk. My stomach also feels bloated and heavy and like it’s not digesting properly, and I have a hard time taking a shite.
Anything major that could be a concern or just affects of getting old and drinking too much bourbon on the weekend

I only drink 2 nights a week, usually about a fifth of bourbon each night

Aren't you 6'6 and 300lbs? You and me both need to lose weight and drink less, bud.
I'd suggest this: If the pain goes away after a few sober days with good hydration and plenty fiber(to help the poopie), keep doing THAT instead of drinking.

Yeaaaa. I'm gonna also suggest you cut that in half going forward. What I do is get the 2 for $6 half pints of Vodka from the convenience store when I'm going to drink.
That's all the booze I can have for the football game, party ,etc
If a Pint(actually 400ml) of booze PLUS some(not 12!) beers ain't enough for even us big boys, it's time to stop drinking for a spell.
