90% it's a Kidney Stone. Flares up when you're dehydrated from boozing. Makes you feel constipated and bloated.

That's what my guess would be.

My lower right back gets a constant pain that makes it hard to stand up and walk. My stomach also feels bloated and heavy and like it’s not digesting properly, and I have a hard time taking a shite.

Quit mixing opioids with your bourbon

It sounds like you got drunk, passed out, and was violated by a BBC. Perhaps several.

Could be Kidney Stones. The drinking gets them moving, thus the pain.

Aren't you 6'6 and 300lbs? You and me both need to lose weight and drink less, bud.

I fluctuate between 285 and 300. I stay pretty active with my job and do exercise some. I’m not fat, have a “dad bod” my weight is a combo of a slight beer belly and a lot of muscle I have a large muscular frame

Yeaaaa. I'm gonna also suggest you cut that in half going forward. What I do is get the 2 for $6 half pints of Vodka from the convenience store when I'm going to drink.

Hell I’ve cut back. Used to drink 2-3 liters of bourbon a weekend without eating and do about an 8 ball of coke

Oh, shite, that's so much better than Lortab.

Overweight, kidney stones, alcohol problem and cocaine use....your gonna age wonderfully!

You have a substance issue to start.

I’d suggest running some blood work.

Anything major that could be a concern or just affects of getting old and drinking too much bourbon on the weekend
consuming large amounts of alcohol for decades is certainly a concern. But if you keep it up, you won't have to be concerned for long.
