The only piece of jewelry that I own is a wedding ring. I used to wear watches pre cell phone days but got out of the habit and haven't worn one in a long time.

I have a really nice Tag that I haven't worn for a decade. I have an Apple Watch that I wear now and it's a lot more useful.

A watch is cumbersome while at work where I am on a keyboard for most of the day. Last time I regularly wore a watch was awhile ago when I was on active duty in the Army, and the watch certainly wasn’t fancy

I know we have a lot of watch fans on the OT but to me it's just an unnecessary hunk of metal on my wrist. I might get one if I was going to hike the Appalachian Trail or something but otherwise there's something in my pocket that has the time.

Last year we took a silversmithing class while on vacation and my hubby made me a silver band and I wear it as my wedding ring. And I wear a necklace with my kids’ birthstones that my oldest got me several Mother’s Days ago.
