You're not wearing jeans.
You're wearing pants made to look like a casual work pant but in a premium material. They're not jeans.

I wonder if anyone here would wear the original style and make of Levis jeans. apparently they were thick as hell and heavy.
I could never wear that thick, rough denim again. Hot and uncomfortable as hell. Most of my jeans feel like butter when pulling them on. My trouser jeans are as light as linen.

I’ve heard people say that you should almost never wash your blue jeans.
These people probably smell bad or they are only wearing them in cold areas where they never sweat into them.
I don’t want to be friends with people who wear sweaty unwashed jeans in the south, that’s not a fashion statement it’s poor hygiene.

I do seem to recall seeing somewhere that some hipster douche was saying that you never, ever ever wash your jeans. You put them in the freezer overnight.

Most pants I wear several times before washing. Jeans even more.
Unless you're sweating alot or doing dirty activities in them, I don't see a reason to wash pants regularly.

Do you wash your blue jeans?
Yes
I work doing manual stuff and have hounds, washing is a must.
My bigger concern is when did denim not become denim anymore and this stretchy crap that call denim?

I'm pretty sure it started phasing in around 2005 or so, with the onset of the stupid looking skinny jeans fad. Sure, it existed before that...but couldn't really get a toehold.

Yes, and when they wear out, I buy new ones.

I'm surprised he hasn't posted in this thread because I'm pretty sure Gaston doesn't wash his jeans.

I used to get a kick out of the touchy-feely gals when they would grab a leg. They were literally shocked and impressed with how soft my jeans were. Always used minimal detergent and generous fabric softener, tumble dry.

This was a big fad amongst denim enthusiasts until they actually did some scientific experiments on it and it did absolutely nothing to kill bacteria and actually just left bacteria in the fridge, even when wrapped up.
So yeah, not a good idea
Distilled white vinegar in some room temp water kills any odors. Soak for an hour then rinse off. I also add some woolite for dark clothes.

I buy jeans in bulk (like 6 pairs at a time) so probably last purchase was before that. Can you still get real denim anywhere anymore?

If they come off my body their getting washed before I put them back on. Anything less is just disgusting

You can’t get killer fades if you wash them.

The more you wash them, the better they feel.
