Depends on what i did that day.
Normal office day and gym day, just use one of the mesh loofas.
Cycling or running day when i have sunscreen all over me and i'm scrubbing that shite off with a wash cloth then hitting the loofa.

Not every time, I don’t like reusing so if I don’t have a clean one rt on the shelf I don’t use one.

No. Haven't used one for about 55 years since I quit taking baths. Got the shower routine down to less than 5 minutes, start to finish. Loofahs are nasty as hell and unless wash clothes are sanitized (not just machine washed) they are nearly as bad. I know where my hands have been, I have no idea where a wash cloth has been and how it was washed.

Yes, I use my hands to wash my entire body.
My shower routine:
1. Hair (shampoo/conditioner combo)
2. Face (face wash cleanser)
3. Body/legs (liquid body wash)
4. Butt last (liquid body wash)
5. Wash hands at the end

I have an experiment for you. At the end of the day, wash your face with just your hands. Then immediately after that use a white wash cloth to wash your face. I guarantee you the wash cloth will now be an off white color from dirt/oil that's still on your skin.

A little off-topic and I know you’re just talking about face… and I’m not necessarily disagreeing with what you’re saying. But I know for certain you shouldn’t use a wash cloth on your face … I think pretty much all dermatologists and estheticians would say that’s a no-no.
