Is this a thing?

I paid the admin every month, did practical service to the classroom.

If only people realized teachers actually work for 2/3 of the summer

Sounds to me like a better strategy would be to tip them before the school year...just sayin.

Yep! I tell them every year to plant their crops earlier than normal. That’s the tip I give them.

I call bullshite. My dad was a teacher and we fished for 2/3 of the summer.

ETA: My father-in-law was a teacher. He played golf all summer. Literally almost every day.

They get summers off. They don’t need tips.

I was a teacher and know how it can get especially at the end of the year. This was the first year my kids were in school and we hooked the two ladies up next week for teacher appreciation week. Also, gave them nice Christmas gifts. They’re the second or most influential people in your kids’ lives. Treat them as such.

Pretty sure that's against code of ethics.

I tip at the beginning of the year. No failing grades yet. Just kidding, I pay tuition so I pay her salary.
